At the sight, the kebab, the contraption.
“And we’re ready!” He takes the kebab
And hops quickly into the chariot-throne.
Extends the tasty lure above the beaks
Of his steeds, tongues hanging wet with hunger.
One step, two! A pounce, a lashing of claws!
Desirous for roasted hares out of reach,
so close yet so far, the steeds charge ahead
bounding both earthly kynge and chariot-throne
ever closer and closer to the skies!
Just like all of the stories told before.
